editor tool bar not showing

    I have two different admin. One of them shows the editor toolbar when I want to answer a thread, the other one does not show the toolbar. I have tried with different browser, incognito mode with no luck.
    All other users show the editor with no issues.

    Thanks, I just find out that I have two admins with the same email, and that is the admin having trouble. So I guess I have to delete one of them
