my personal view is that the block editor is totally horrible, and requires users to understand blocks when all they want to do is type words. I hate the way it looks on my support forums. Not one I plan to add to bsp anytime soon 🙂

Fair enough. But tinymce has fallen behind so much now.

agree with your there 🙂 but something more like ‘word’ would be so much better. ‘Normal’ users just don’t understand what on earth a ‘block’ is, and it’s so clunky to use.

Anyway, not up to me, up to the bbpress devs.
