Hello,

I am looking to edit out the freshness so that it doesn’t show the newest message author based off of the current user’s information. For the main forum page, what file would I be editing?

There are quite a few files.

simplest way would be to use my bbp style pack plugin

bbp style pack

once activated go to

dashboard>settings>bbp style pack>freshness display

if you want to edit a file, then ensure you do this to a copy in a bbpress folder in your child theme.

you’ll find the original template you want to alter in

templates/default/bbpress/loop-forums.php
