Deleting Old Account

I have an account on http://forums.regretsy.com/bb-login.php, and I no longer use it, so I’d like to delete it. I have no idea who moderates the forums and can’t seem to find any info on it. If I can’t delete it, is there a way to change my user ID? Thanks!
