Is there any plugin that when I am posting links for anything on my site, if its possible to put a lock on it and users have to make a comment to unlock the link. Is there any possibility for that?

sorry but comments relate to posts not forums. Many spammers hide spam in questions !

So can you describe what you are doing in a forum and what you would like to happen eg

I create a new topic with a link to http://www.mysite.com
The I want the following to happen….

I don’t know of any plugin that does this for bbPress, you could try searching for a WordPress plugin that does this for comments then contact the author to see if they could add support for bbPress.
