    1. Can you post a link to your site?
    2. Is this a new site and/or forum on this site?
    3. Has this ever worked?
    4. What level are you trying this at – keymaster/moderator/participant?
    5. Where are you creating the topic – front end or back end?
    6. just this one topic, or does it happen with all?

If you did a reset, then you will have deleted your forum, so can only get this from a backup !

After reset, I tried created new forums and topics … same results, no topics can be seen

ok, so now we’ll eliminate themes and plugins as the issue

    Plugins

Deactivate all but bbpress and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.

    Themes

If plugins don’t pinpoint the problem, switch to a default theme such as twentytwelve, and see if this fixes.

Come back with the results of this

    Tried both, no luck
    Btw, it’s a multisite site

    Bump?

Try running the bbPress Repair Tools -> Tools -> Forums

Also switch to the Twenty Thirteen theme to see if you can see the topics.

Disable all your plugins except bbPress and see if you can see the topics.

If you can now see your topics enable BuddyPress and check again, now start enabling each other plugin one by one until you can no longer see the topics and let us know which plugin or theme is causing the issue for you.

Ran all the repair tools one by one
Tried default theme, deactivating plugins … no result
Do you know how can I delete bbpress with all its settings? So i can install again and try
Now when I uninstall and install again, settings are preserved

Run the ‘Reset Forums’ tool which will delete all bbPress content, forums, topics, replies, settings, everything will be deleted.

Tools -> Forums -> Reset bbPress

    Done that, didn’t help

Why do I still see a topic from 3 days 18 hours ago if you reset bbPress?

    ubicray

    @ubicray

That’s because I did the reset 3 days ago

Sorry but you only asked how to reset bbPress 1 day 3 hours ago as I write this :/

I’d suggest setting up a test install and see if you still have the same issue, you can then compare the settings between both sites.

I wanted to learn about deleting the plugin with all its settings. If you read my previous comment, you’d read about when I reset … but appearently it didn’t reset everything
I created a new bbpress forum inside the main site(gamesap.az) and it worked perfect but still, can’t see the difference in settings

I just downloaded the Spacious theme… Oh wait… Not related. If you use WordPress 4.0.x (Any alpha or beta of the next version of WordPress) bbPress will not work, we are currently investigating this.

Damn it, it doesn’t make sense … I wasn’t even asked if I wanted the beta update, it happened automatically
Anyway, thanks, downgrading is gonna probably fix it

    Hi,

    @netweb
    many thanks for the info:

Please post when this issue has been resolved.

no joy to-date – on test local installs – but no pain either!
