I have a recent issue where users and admins/moderators can no longer edit posts. All I (or anyone else) gets is a message saying “Hands off, partner!”.

This worked a couple of days ago, since then the ISP suspended my account, and I suspect something has change, but have no idea what. Any suggestions?

I should add that the settings in the Forum settings page remain unaltered, and should allow the user to edit posts for up to 15 minutes.

Ok, found the problem, turns out I’d lost a bunch of files in the theme directory, specifically a load of page-*.php and single-*.php pages.
