Cannot get "subscribe to thread" working

    When people subscribe to a thread, they won’t get any emails when a new reply is posted. All other wordpress email functions work fine though. The ” Notify me of follow-up replies via email” setting is persistent on however.

    Any idea how to debug/fix that?
