All public forums not showing up

I have made 22 forums and only 4 show up. They are all published and all 22 show up once users login. None of the forums are private or hidden. Here is the link showing only 4.https://santarosaphotographicsociety.org/forums/

Looks like I fixed it. I failed to include a forum order number. Now all 13 show up wether your logged in or not.
