admin link redirects to front page

    I see the admin link, it is not a login shared with WP but… clicking on the link or entering mydomain.tld/forumdirectory/bb-admin/index.php sends me back to the front page ( mydomain.tld/forumdirectory/ ).

    how can I regain access to the admin section ?
