Can you add a rating to the topics like a star system where readers can rate them post as bad good or average or a 5 star thing. or maybe a like and don’t like counter like in youtube comments

just go to https://bbpress.org/forums/ and besides of the title Topics there is a link that says Start New and click there to star your new topic

You can try Rating Manager by Elementous. It supports bbPress and you can add star ratings to every topic.
