Add Profile Fields to Email Notifications

    I am looking for a way to add an additional user profile field to the email notifications. Right now they pull the publicly displayed name which we have set to Firstname – lastname. I am looking to add their City or Town to the email. For example, Joe Doe – Boston or something along those lines? Is this possible?
