500 Internal Server Error on replies

Hi everyone,

I’ve tried to add a new reply manually into a topic, and then hit the preview button and got this message :

“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at postmaster@trials-france.fr to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

Since then, everytime Im trying to access the reply section in the back-office, this is happening again.

Any idea ?

suggest if you haven’t updated or changed software that you contact your host provider

otherwise

it could be a theme or plugin issue

Themes

As a test switch to a default theme such as twentyfifteen, and see if this fixes.

Plugins

If that doesn’t work, also deactivate all plugins apart from bbpress and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.

Then come back
