3 column layout not working

really an enigma: so on my HOME page bottom a problem:
in the Word Press editor under drop down menu “Additional home page text” we choose the “Featured Videos” page we made – supposed to have the three Video column layout as you see here but WHY the-mis aligned, sticking out THUMBNAILS and 3 separate boxes? SHOULD all be one background not 3.

But when we add [portfolio_grid column=”3″ showposts=”3″ cat=”featured-videos” disable=”more,visit,pagination”] to the Custom HOME page TEXT box in Word Press, then this happens! See bottom of page
One too many copies of the Videos BUT now the very bottom section of page looks CORRECT?
How to fix to where only one copy of the three videos is at bottom and the thumbnails don’t protrude out of their boxes?
Very big problem…thanks
