I have the same problem. Lots of spam registrations and it is very complicated to delete the users. After every user I deleted I land on the start page. I tried a plugin https://bbpress.org/plugins/topic/delete-all-bozos/, but it did not work.

By the way, when I want to add a feed, even when I click on the link above, I have to click several times, because very often I get just a page with text. What is wrong with my firefox?
Maybe there is a possibility for the entire forum in general?
