So… this forum I’m posting at right now is running on 2.3 – the development version?

That is so NOT clear. I mean, I really didn’t think I should be looking for that information. I simply assumed that what I’m seeing here is what I would be getting.

Just wish I could get back the 6+ hours I spent trying every conceivable thing I could think of to “fix” a problem that had no fix 🙁

I’ve never run into this before, where a site that is developing a product it runs – is not running the “current release”. Very strange.

Now at least I can get on to some other work.

I just installed BuddyPress to add all that great stuff it provides.

Doing this “fixed” the blank information display – since BuddyPress handles this with it’s own CSS, templates, etc.

So, while it’s not a real fix – it certainly makes things work 🙂

Just started using bbpress — same issue here: in profile topics and replies not showing – list is just a big blank page.
