Instead of waiting for some form of assistance I just moved on to Simple Press. Support here is way too lethargic.

Hey Robin. I can’t upload an image so here goes; I would really like to remove:

I would really like to remove

1. the title, “DISCUSSION”
2. “Written by xxxx on. Posted in (not sure why this ends abruptly but it’s a moot point now)
3. breadcrumbs right below

I’d also like to know how admins are notified of new posts and if other users can be notified, such as moderators.
