There were no new plugins added but there were certainly plenty of updates.
We have found that the issue was related to one setting in the BBP Toolkit plugin. The option is
“Do not show the table with the list of subforums, only show the current forum and the topics”. It was always enabled but was not creating any problems. After disabling this option, the issue is resolved.
