finally i was able to do it myself .. hehehe … Still more things need to be added. it was all from avatar_upload plugin and memberlist plugin. I just tried to modified some code and it worked …

ohhh i really wish i could do that . I am no where close to programming in php . Is it not possible for me to request such kind of plugin as normally if you see its a feature in most of the sites as they show the lastest joined users and also online users with avatars
