So on all replies I have options to edit, move, split, etc. Do you currently see these? What happens when you click move?
If someone starts a thread you should be able to use Edit and then select the correct place. If it is a reply you should be able to select move to move it to another thread or alternatively move it so that it creates a new thread, you could then Edit this to move it to a completely different forum?
In your browser if you press F12 it will bring up the development console, you should be able to use the inspector and picker in this to highlight which CSS is active on certain elements on your site. You should also be able to test making modifications in here which are only temporary but will show you what css changes will look like.
