    Hello Again, Stephen…

    I noticed one more clue. Once I set the person as a moderator, it appears to be OK until that person logs in. Once she does, she goes back to “member” status.

    Also, I use a premium membership plugin (which, of course, manages users) called MemberMouse. Could that have anything to do with this?

    Thanks so much for your help, Stephen. I did what you said. And the same thing happens. Within a few minutes, the Moderator status disappears and the person has “No role”. What could be causing this?
