Try deactivating the “Admin can post anything” plugin and try again.
In reply to: Post Won’t ShowWhat plugins are you using?
In reply to: problem getting ‘support forum’ plug-in to workDon’t know if this is an issue, but I’m using bbpress 0.8.3.1 and the plugin is working great. It may be an issue with running an older version of bbpress. Have you thought about upgrading?
In reply to: One profile page to rule them allThat may have come across wrong…. The posts don’t matter because I am using your plugin, and that feature is already working for me. However I feel two profile pages is a bit confusing for users. Do you think a link in the wp profile page would suffice since its rather difficult to have only one profile page?
In reply to: One profile page to rule them allThe posts don’t really matter to me. I just one one place for my users to have a profile. When they sign up for an account it takes them to the WP profile. They still need to go into the BB profile to change that info. Maybe I’ll just hack the wp profile page and add a link to the bbpress profile page. Think there is a better way?
In reply to: One profile page to rule them allDid we get anywhere on this topic. I am in the same boat. Looking to have one profile page… Preferably bbpress’s profile. Am I just not noticing the plugin?
In reply to: Forum Order and Forum Parent IssuesThanks once again to _ck_ having the good spirit to work through problems, has helped me solve this issue. The problem was using an old plugin called “Forum Restriction”. Once removed all functionality was restored.
In reply to: where do you place plugins in bbpress? You create a my-plugins folder where your forum is installed and put them in there.
In reply to: Original Keymaster lost privileges to create ForumsDisplay Name was the issue. Thanks _ck_
