The table is created but your right it does seem to be a database connection issue, how do I fix it?

I’m using two plugins, onlinelist and display-name.
Great that seems to have done the trick. Of course one problems solution often just brings more problems to the surface.
Now I seem to have an issue with posting replies. When ever I do so it says “This topic has been closed”?
Any ideas why it thinks all topics are closed?
