I tried adding User Role Editor and granting unfiltered html rights — no help.
I tried adding a filter to allow HTML tags (like mentioned in a few different posts, like here: https://bbpress.org/forums/topic/allow-html-from-users/) — didn’t work (but that could’ve been my customizations).
AH!! Finally! Got it to work with the solution as referenced in the first post here https://bbpress.org/forums/topic/allow-html-tags-in-post-for-all-users/).
I figured it out. But this forum won’t let me paste my message.
I’ve tried the troubleshooting recommendations (all other plugins off, default theme), as well things like enabling the visual editor and bbp_tinymce_paste_plain_text — still no good.
Anyone? Any direction on what’s causing this/how to fix it? Please and thanks.
I was JUST looking for a solution for this! I’d noticed the tab order was off when I was using tab to add a new post in a bbPress forum on my site.

Just with installing the WP Accessibility Plugin (without making any tweaks to default settings), I noticed a difference. (Need to explore a bit more to see if my issue is solved.)
