There is apparently some issue with the install or something as it is not getting your .css file. If you try to visit the .css url you get an internal server error:
I am not sure what the easiest way is to fix this but I would uninstall and reinstall it again making sure all the stuff in the config.php file is accurate.
Someone else may have a easier solution.

Look in the bb-templates folder for style.css. Copy that to a new location and make the changes then upload your edited file.In reply to: “This topic is not a support question”
With this you can set the thread to read “resolved” or “not resolved” so to alert other users if the support question has already been answerd to the original posters satisfaction or not.

I did the “bb-admin/rewrite-rules.php” and all is fine except the “tags” links give me a internal server error.

To use a plugin, simply create a directory in your main bbPress directory called my-plugins and put the plugin file in it. bbpress does not currently have a plugin activation/deactivation interface like WordPress’.
