I hate to impose, but could you point me in the right direction as to which plugins you think he is using (I will be searching as well)?

Also, if you drill all the way into his forum, there is a white dropdown box at the top of the forum (http://themefuse.com/forum/creative-juice-wp/). Is that something he added?
