Changing admin name

I was just wondering how to change the admin name for my bbpress forum? Is this even possible?

Hello ck13,

You are not able to do this through your admin interface but you can change any name in the actual user DB.

Once you change the name go to the “edit” profile page as your admin and the name you changed admin to should be in the dropdown menu where your username is. Select it and click update profile.

should I change anything else or I it’s just enoug to change admin username??

Just change name/surname from the your profile page. It’s not a good idea to change the default “admin” login name.
