I would like changing gravatar image for user without gravatar – but I dont know how and where changing links for gravatar

If you look at the image properties, you’ll see the directory / location for the image. Simply replace that image.

@radovanx – if you want to use your own default custom avatar for users without gravatars, you can try this plugin
