There are some extra steps in the Installation ssection, beyond just putting it in the plugins folder:

I got it to appear. I activated plugin. When i create a page, nothing happens. I dont see any changes. Am I doing something wrong?
The instructions say:
Q: How do I create a link to my page?
A: Notice the ID number of your page, then use the following “syntax”: http://domain.com/page.php?page_id=X, where ‘X’ is your page ID.
Try that link for your site?
http://yourdomain.com/page.php?page_id=1
