How to Create Topic Headers

I want to be able to create topic headers that are not clickable. More like separating different content, similar to this site http://fantasyteamadvice.com/forums/. The green headers is what I want with the forums below in a list format, just like that site.

This have clickable category links though, but you can use this file in a folder called bbpress in a child theme.
