bbpress comments toolbar for blog comments?

Hello, I was wondering if I can have the same toolbar that is on my bbpress comments section in my blog comments section? So users can bold, link add images for my blog comments etc… Im not sure if this is a bbpress question or a wordpress question. Thanks

It is just the quicktags api from WordPress. You see the same button when entering the html mode when creating a blog post.

See if this post helps, it says tinymce but there is also quicktags code in there.

you can also use the basic comment quicktags plugin
