When i click on Topic title, a list shows up with old topics, how to delete them

In Forums when creating a new topic when I double click a topic title box i see a drop down list with old titles, some of them not even mine, typically i would be able to just click delete and remove them one by one, but not in this case.
How can I clean this out, anyone ?

It shouldnt do this by default??

Do you have a plugin that may be causing this??

Or does your theme have this feature??

I dont believe its a plugin, perhaps my KLEO theme, so out of the box that is not standard?

yes out of the box this is not standard
