Create New Topic not shown in my forum

On my website http://worldtopcasino.staging.wpengine.com/forums/forum/world-top-casinos-forum-categories/

the CREATE NEW TOPIC is not available , i have searched all the settings , i really dont know what to do else.

I would really appreciate your input.

its showing up in the sidebar in the left.

and also normally like below all the topics and replies.

it was there before you set up full width forums and also not having anonymous user posting

now i would need an account to see if its setup right

i do see this label though which is part of the topic/reply form template.

You must be logged in to…

so im going to assume its still alright

Hi there !

Actually it is fixed , the problem was occurring only in IE , i have added some lines in style.ccs and all is good. thanks!
