Fixed: Live Comment Preview Plugin (New Features added)

  1. I have fixed Live Comment Preview Plugin By Enrique Chavez aka Tmeister.
I have also added some new features like:
    1) You don't have to do any file editing, it will auto-insert itself.
    2) Now, it will auto-refresh itself after 10 seconds. You can edit this in the js file (last line).

    You can get it here:
    http://www.mediafire.com/file/znyxze2mefw/live-comment-preview.zip

    :-)

  2. Invalid File. This error has been forwarded to MediaFire's development team.

  3. I will check it again and upload on my website...

  4. Ok, waiting :)

  5. I can't find the plugin in your website and the link above doesn't not work, same error.

  6. Have you re-uploaded it?

  7. Sorry for the "month long" late reply as I forgot about this topic after writing my previous reply.
    Here it is:
    http://gaut.am/uploads/live-comment-preview.zip

Now as the user types, the preview will also refresh itself (I have jQueryised the js code)

  8. Live Demo (for the time being, I might disable the plugin after a few days): http://forum.gaut.am/topic/test-topic#postform

  9. Any chance of a user/password login for the demo? :)

  10. @Kawauso
You can register there and see it in action, or install that plugin on your own servers.

If I post a demo login/pass, someone would obviously change it.

  11. Any of you had any problems triggering askimet a crazy lot?

  12. Can you put this in the repository, or take over the plugin that is already there?

I haven't tried it yet, but if this really works, it would be nice to have it there officially--even if you're just going to do one version and abandon it.

  13. I'll try contacting the plugin author.

  14. I think you can be given access to the repository without needing to talk to the original author. I think the original plugin could be considered abandoned... although I'm not sure what the policies are.

  15. Nop, this can't be done for the time being. Though there have been some talks on plugin adoption process.

  16. nice plugin man :D 10q alot

  17. when i type "7+6" the preview shows "76" can you point me in the right direction..
    to fix this.. please..

    would be greatly appreciated..

    regards
    j.m.

  18. How about releasing it under a different name and crediting the original author in the comments? Seems like he died. :/
