How can I change the width of my topics and forums? I want it to go across the entire content area, but keep the sidebar on the right.

Also, I want to put a disclaimer about the forums, sticky on the top… what is the best way to do that? I tried making a forum called *read me* and added the topic “disclaimer” but the actual disclaimer doesn’t show up underneath the topic.

I see this message when I go to Appearance->Child Theme:

Your active theme does not include bbPress template files. Your forums are using the default styling included with bbPress.

How do I add a template for bbPress? I am using Suffusion for the rest of my site and I have the Suffusion BP Pack.
