Sorry if posting in the wrong place.

I would like to know how to address issues found in bbpress.org website, not the bbpress software, but, the actual site pages:

I have a problem with the add plugin page; I can’t see the form to submit new plugins.

I already have posted in the plugin page, but since there’s no answer yet, I wanted to know ho is in charge of maintaining the website because I think there’s a restriction/privileges problem that makes some people see the form and others not:

the in charge of bbpress.org pages is administrator.

well i searched the profiles of admin and administrator, but couldn’t find any information to contact them!
