Why does it say Elder Scrolls Online? Where is it getting this? In no way, shape, form, or fashion should this be occurring that I can tell.

You have a page titled “Elder Scrolls Online” and you are using that as the front page of your site, have a look at Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays -> A static page
