This bug only affects the forum on my site nothing else, so im positive that it comes from bbpress.

On a couple of my forums, only some of my topics/posts are showing and users cannot create new topics. It’s like the page doesn’t load completely cause i cannot see the sidebar of my site either…

other topics/posts are showing perfectly (no sidebar pb either). Users can post and everything.

However, everything is available through the admin panel.

I tried to twitch things earlier but it got things worst: for an hour 3 of my forums stopped showing on the “/forums” page. (and now its back for some reasons…)

Would anyone knows why this issue happens? and why the forums/topics/posts reappears sometimes after disappearing (and sometimes not)…

It’s a bit difficult to explain so here is the exemple:

Ex: http://www.tourdecartes.com/forums/topic/recherche-dun-mouvement : this post doesnt show anymore – only the header and the title shows.

http://www.tourdecartes.com/forums/topic/probleme-pour-labonnement : this one works perfectly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It says “13 topics” but only 3 shows and no sidebar or footer…

Hello,

For now here are the issues:

bbpress plugin installed on jan27 with Minimatica theme.

since a week and a half:

– more and more forums/posts/topics are disappearing: showing only in the admin panel but not on the user end (or only partially with no sidebar/footer/admin bar).

– users can actually post in some forums but not in affected forums/topics/posts.

– admin bar not showing in the “user” tab in the admin panel.

– wordpress backup not backing up the website.

What i did:

– checked and repaired all the database to insure they were ok.

– uninstalled wp super cache and installed quick cache

All the issues are still here… I’m running out of things to try…

Anyone have ANY idea? Maybe I should uninstall and reinstall bbpress?

Well I fixed it so I’m sharing it here:

It was caused by the plugin: “Simple Local Avatars”

I deactivated it and everything got back as they where at once!

No I really dont know… It’s too bad cause his plugin is great it would be awesome if that could be fixed
