Hey, not sure if this is the right place to post. I was looking around and couldn’t find anything that defines the role of the keymaster. Is there any document that explains the preset capabilities of all the different roles?

Start by looking at bb-includes/capabilities.php. It defines all the roles. If you want to modify permissions, there are plugins for that depending on the version of bbPress you are using:
