Hello,

I am in need of help. It seems my unsubscribe button is not working. Even though the users are not subscribe within a topic/forum they are still getting emails.

Is there a setting or function to target this to set this up so the users does not get emails again.

Also if a user is subscribed to a “Forum” do they receive any notification topics within that forum.

if you subscribe to a topic, then you receive notifications of replies
if you subscribe to a forum, you get notification of new topics

if unsubscribing isn’t working, then it might be something extra that is added, it could be a theme or plugin issue

Themes

As a test switch to a default theme such as twentytwenty, and see if this fixes.

Plugins

If that doesn’t work, also deactivate all plugins apart from bbpress and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.
