Topic thumbnails doesn't work with GD file attachments

    Topic thumbnails plugin works only if I add [img] tags,

    it doesn’t work with GD file attachments.

    Help? 🙁

    Also, topic thumbnails plugin doesn’t work with bbPress Post Toolbar aswell.

    Somehow it only responds to [img] tags.
