I created a topic in the backend but it isn’t showing up on the front end. What am I doing wrong?

UPDATE – Topic is now showing up but there is a box above that says ‘This forum is empty’

How do I correct to remove it?

UPDATE —-> Topic does not show up in front end. Also says forum is empty. What am I doing wrong?
