I’m not sure why, but a topic keeps going into moderation. This is a comment I received.

I have to admit that it’s somewhat frustrating that all my posts go into moderation, even ones that have been active should I make a minor edit. There are now two posts in moderation, a new one and an old one

Any suggestions?

usually due to too many links or blacklisted words

go to

dashboard>settings>discussion and look at comment moderation. Firstly the number of links, and secondly any words.

if you have not got it already, you might also consider installing

bbPress – Moderation Tools

whilst it is old it still works, and tells the user that their post is being held, so that they don’t keep trying to repost it

Got it. I’ll give it a show. I think it was default to 2 links. And got the moderation plugin. Thanks for the suggestion.
