No idea what I did, but under the standard twenty-twelve WP theme, bbpress was up and running perfectly, showing all forum topics, and if you went into a topic, all topic replies on one page (one page or more, depending on what I set in the admin panel for number of replies per page…).

Trying out different themes, and at the same time altered some “Pages” in the WP admin side. Now, when I get to a forum topic, it only displays the original topic post – no replies. And there are no links to view any of the replies…

Maddeningly frustrating, if only because I have no idea what flip I switched to change bbpress’s function this way.

I’ve gone back to the standard twenty-twelve WP theme. bbPress still only shows the first post in a topic, no replies.

Did you add any new plugins recently?

No new plugins – just tried using a couple different themes before deleting them and reverting back to stock WP theme.
