Text links > Icons (bb_post_admin)

I want to replace the bb_post_admin text links with icons but it’s all down in the “bb-includes/functions.bb-template.php” file. And since I’m a designer with no particular .php knowledge, I’m stuck.
Is there someone with a solution?
