    Hi,

I have a problem with the tags on my Bulgarian (cyrillic) forum. The tags are not included in the Google index, becaous google get an error when try to crawl it.

When I using “Fetch as Googlebot” tool in Google Webmaster Tools, the bot returns this:

    HTTP/1.1 302 Found

    Date: Sun, 17 Jan 2010 17:39:28 GMT

    Server: Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_bwlimited/1.4

    X-Powered-By: PHP/5.2.9

    Location: http://mysite.com/forum/tags/%d0%b0%d0%bf%d0%b0%d1%80%d1%82%d0%b0%d0%bc%d0%b5%d0%bd%d1%82

    Content-Length: 0

    Keep-Alive: timeout=5, max=100

    Connection: Keep-Alive

    Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8

There is no any content !!!

SO I think this is very big problem with the forum! Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

How about a link to your forum?

I’ve often wondered about indexing the tag pages anyway and wondered if there was a duplicate content penalty from Google. For WordPress, the Robots Meta plugin by Joost recommends noindex for tag pages. That doesn’t resolve your problem but I wonder if getting them indexed is the solution to any problem or if they shouldn’t be indexed in the first place.
