SVN Error when trying to commit

Hello,
My plugin repository was created. Thanks!
However when I try to add and commit for the first time I get the error:
Commit failed (details follow):
Server sent unexpected return value (400 Bad Request) in response to MKACTIVITY
Tortoise SVN doesn’t prompt me for a login and password either.
any ideas?
