Hi, the theme doesn’t show and avatar or gravatar?

Apart from that I am confident I can edit the theme to how I wish. But Is there a way for me to enable the use of Avatars.

For example,

Should show the avatar. It is enabled in settings. So must be a theme based issue.

Managed to add it. But now the title underneath overlaps it

Correction, by rezising it from 100 to 48 I resolved that issue.
