I have a topic that defines forum rules throughout my forums. This topic attributes are:
Type: Super Sticky
Status: Open
Parent: –no parent–

This topic shows up in all my forums as the first topic as expected. However, when I click on the topic it opens a page that says – Comments are closed.

Why would it do that? And I can I fix it so that the topic displays?

I am on WP 4.5.3 and the latest version of bbPress, just installed it yesterday

I fixed it by changing the parent to one of my forums. It now shows up properly across all forums.
