can i add subcategories to my forum? for example:

category1:

-subcat 1

-subcat 2

category2:

-subcat3

-subcat4

how do i change the text under the name of member? key master etc.

No, but with the 1.0-alpha release you can add subforums.

Go to the Profile Page, click the Edit link, change the Member Title.
